This is the 3rd unblock that I have purchased and this is probably the worst experience that I had.
1. The remote control is unresponsive most of the time. I had used the learned mode a couple time to hope to improve the remote control performance, but it did not help.
2. The streaming performance seem to work worst than the unblock 9 that I have. I do not experience streaming pause with my unblock 9, but seen this quite frequent with the 12. I did adjust the tunnel, but did not seem to help much.
Will test more this weekend and considering returning the Unblock 12 unit.
At first didnt know what to pick specifically and got really lost , and got the super useful recommendation from the staffs, and now it works perfectly with my tv.

Received the UBOX 12 much quicker than I expected. Packaging was solid and setup was plug-and-play. The system is very responsive and streaming runs smoothly. Lots of Chinese channels (Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan) ¡ª great for keeping up with home. No monthly fees is a big plus. Very satisfied and would recommend.
Before buying, I saw some reviews saying this box was complicated to use. But after I got it, I found it actually very simple and convenient! There are tons of channels and content to choose from. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I already owned an older model and wanted an upgraded model. So this one can output 4k, the app experience is very similar but not all channels are available in 4k. I did notice it's much faster to navigate the menu and for Japan some channels have hourly recorded channels so you can go back to watch missed TV which is much better than the previous model. So for me it's worth the upgrade for all these improvements.

Shipping takes longer (10 days) than expect time , Amazon prime just needs 2 days .
