Shipping policy

All orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, and we are happy to offer free worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times after order shipment are as follows:

USA: 3-7 business days

UK: 3-7 business days

Australia: 5-9 business days

Canada: 5-9 business days

Japan: 3-7 business days

Other World: 10-20 business days

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. This process may take up to 48 hours. After your order is shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and package tracking link. If you encounter any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier company directly before contacting us. Tracking information is usually available within 1-4 days. In rare cases, tracking information may not update immediately, but rest assured that your order will eventually be delivered. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Address Incorrectness Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to ensure that you enter the correct shipping address. We are committed to speeding up processing and shipping, so you only have a limited time to cancel/change your order or update your address. If you need to change your shipping address, please email: sales@unblocktechbox.com immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your change request, but due to varying time constraints, we cannot guarantee success.

If our team is unable to correct your order in a timely manner, we will have to wait for the package to be returned to our warehouse. If the package is returned, we can either resend it to the correct address or provide a full refund.
