Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window We offer a 30 return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused.

  • With tags and protective films intact (if applicable).

  • In its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Please note: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products, downloadable software, or gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return  To start a return, you must contact us first at sales@unblocktechbox.com Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without contacting us first.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@unblocktechbox.com with photos or videos of the defect.

6. Return Shipping Costs 

  • Customer Remorse : If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective/Incorrect Items : If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
